Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited has 65,289,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue. There are currently no shares held in treasury.
The ordinary shares of the Company are not currently listed on any other trading platforms or exchanges.
The transfers of ordinary shares held in certificated form by US persons are subject to the Company’s consent.
To the best of the Company’s knowledge, as at 12 August 2011, there were 47.36 million ordinary shares not in public hands which represented 72.54 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital and, of these 28.44% were held by City of London Investment Management Limited, 17.13% by Baillie Gifford & Co., 11.60% beneficially owned by members and employees of Vision Capital Advisors, 9.84% by QVT Financial LP and 5.53% by FIL Limited.
